Since I am on a roll here . . . check these wreaths that the other half of my brain totally invented. At least she told me she did so if even if she beaugarted Martha Stewart I would never know. Anyway . . . these are AWESOME, the decorations can be switched to match the appropriate holiday, and they are made out of tamale wrappers. I feel like MacGyver. Also, the only time I have ever been jealous of the grocery stores in my hometown. (Tamale wrappers to die for!) If you want detailed instructions it is SUPER easy – floral foam wreath, floral pins, 3 packages of tamale wrappers, small piece of ribbon, about two hours, and some trashy tv. Okay so the last part is optional but it does make the corn husk folding go by a little quicker. If you want the instructions, FB/comment or email . . . or bug my big sister if you live in G’ville. And again, totally invented by my crafty big sister. The first picture is her original design currently on display on her front door, and pic number two is my humble attempt, currently trying to survive the inches and inches of snow we just received.
