Surely God is good.

I have said it … will say it … over and over. Every moment of this unknowable journey.

In the face of incomprehensible pain, grief, and even anger. And it is true, even then.

God is good.

But today, I’m happy to just say it because it’s true. Because I also get to say it in the face of immeasurable joy and thanksgiving. 

Lord willing, we are having another sweet, strong, wonderful little boy in June.

Surely God is good.
